
Superintendent of Professional and Higher Education, SENAI
Felipe Morgado is the Superintendent of Professional and Higher Education at the National Department of the Brazilian National Service for Industrial Training (SENAI), a non-profit Brazilian institution that provides technical and industrial training. It is Brazil's largest private TVET education network and ranks among the world's five largest professional training complexes.
With a degree in Business Administration, he has over 20 years of experience in professional and higher education, planning, and management, working in the third sector and private companies. He has been responsible for the Professional and Higher Education Sectors of the SENAI's National Department for the past 12 years, being the process of digital transformation of professional and higher education offered by SENAI, which includes the establishment of digital culture and digital tools in the 27 Regional Departments and their school networks, with management and learning systems, laboratories and virtual simulators used in face-to-face, blended and distance-learning courses under his leadership. In 2023, he created the Institute of Educational Technologies at SENAI to develop and disseminate new technologies and methodologies in professional education based on open innovation and mobilization of entrepreneurs and startups.
He built his career by strengthening relations with the federal government, parliamentarians, the third sector, educational institutions, and leaders of large industries and companies in the technological sector. His path is marked by the development of training programs that satisfy the demands of the labor market and ensure permanent alignment with the specific skills and needs of the industrial sector, contributing to SENAI's achievements with indexes such as 91.7% of companies opting for professionals trained at the Institution and 99.4% of students recommending SENAI courses.
